While the right tile can add beauty and character, grout may darken over time. This can make the entire floor look dirty unless it receives routine cleaning.

Grout is scrubbed by hand with a Hydrogen Peroxide, Non-Acid Formula that is green seal certified. After which all of the tile, and grout is scrubbed with the machine. All of the solution is mopped up so the floor is clean and dry. After completely drying, the tile will be sealed for protection and longevity.

We clean dirty grout on ceramic and porcelain tile floors, revitalizing the original brightness that tends to fade over time. This can make a big difference in the overall appearance of the room, especially heavy-use areas like kitchens and bathrooms. Professionally cleaning tiles and grout is a great way to refresh the appearance of your floors.

Even with regular mopping and cleaning, grout is one of those things that starts to look dirty after a while. Its longevity depends a lot on how you take care of it. Removing your shoes when indoors can help keep dirt and germs from outside, and regular maintenance can keep tile and grout looking bright and new.

We use a low-acid, bleach-free liquid cleanser for household tiles and grout. It’s free of harmful chemicals so it’s safe for floors and won’t stain carpets. More importantly, it’s safe for use in homes with small children and pets.

We clean and sweep the floors and then use a non-bleach, low-acid cleanser — plus good old-fashioned elbow grease. We use a grout brush to scrub the tiles first in one direction, then the other. Then, we go over it all with our machinery to extract the dirt and grease. After drying completely, we seal the tile for protection and longevity. Other grout cleaners might use buffers or high-pressure sprayers, but we have found that those tools don’t always clean well enough. We aim to get the job done right the first time.

There is no additional cost for sealing your floors. This is included in the cleaning price.
